Giving Back
As part of our ethos we are proud to be in the community supporting, at present 3 community entities:
- Charity of the Year – Julia’s House Children’s Hospice,
- Sport Team – Swindon Wildcats Ice Hockey Club,
- Networking Group – Business Buzz – Cheltenham
Charity of the Year
Our first Charity of the Year runs from April 1st until the 31st March, and our second selected charity of the Year (2024-25) is Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance Charity. The charity runs the Air Ambulance which is saving lives thanks to donations.
Our first Charity of year (2023-24) was Julia’s House Wiltshire and Dorset Children’s Hospice.
Sports Team
Swindon Wildcats have been sponsored by The Training Fox since the 2019/20 season. They play in the National League referred to as the NIHL. Home games are played at the Better Link Centre, West Swindon and are usually on a Saturday night with Face-off at 18:30.
Business Buzz
Our Chief Training Officer, Steve, is also a Host for Business Buzz supporting the Cheltenham business community in networking. Business Buzz Cheltenham takes place every first Wednesday of the month at The Botanist, Unit 6, The Brewery Quarter, Cheltenham GL50 4FA.
All told, the 3 community entities that we are a part of support the business community as well as the community that need help the most.

Giving Back
The Training Fox believes in the wider community, and has a firm belief that if we succeed so do the wider community.
Giving Back is an integral part of our belief and support of the community. We continually look at ways that we can get involved in the wider community.
Initially we have our #FoxWildcatFamily with the Swindon Wildcats, and, #CharityFox in our work with our Charity of the Year, Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance.
Swindon Wildcats
We have sponsored the Wildcats since the 2019-2020 season.
The game is fast and action-packed, meaning that there is never a dull moment in the rink, regardless of whether you stand or sit you are guaranteed a family-friendly night out watching local sport.
60 minutes of non-stop action spread over 3 x 20-minute periods, with a 15 minute break between, the action is fast from one end of the rink to the other.

Charity of the Year
Each year we select a charity that fits within our ethos and course dens to become our Charity of the Year. Our Charity of the year for 2024/25 is
Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance Charity.
Donate via the button on our website, or via the collection box on our trainer table during courses.
Thank you for any donation you can give.
We are pleased to support our chosen charity from April to March.
Business Buzz
Since 2022, our Principal, Steve has been involved with Business Buzz, first as Ambassador in Swindon, before launching and hosting Cheltenham in 2024.
The relaxed and informal approach is well received by our attendees who prefer to build and explore potential collaboration opportunities through conversations.
Cheltenham Business Buzz is held at The Botanist, Cheltenham.
